Hello

My printer is a Samsung M2020W model.

Unfortunately, it has encountered an error in the printer formatter board.

At first, I unplugged the device's input cable several times and then plugged it back in. The device turned on and printed without any problems.

If I unplugged the printer, I had to do it again to turn it on.

It has now reached a point where it will no longer turn on.

Currently, when I plug the cable into the power, when I press the power button on the printer, it turns on and then turns off immediately.

If you can help me repair the device, please guide me.

Go to p.87 to view the M2020 connection diagram and check if all the voltages being supplied by the SMPS & HVPS (power supply board) are OK or not.
