Dishes in dishwasher are slimy

The dishes in my dishwasher are slimy after being in there for a while after being washed. After they are washed they are clean and dry, but if they stay in the dishwasher, they get slimy. I have taken apart the dishwasher and cleaned everything. They are getting cleaned, it’s just when they are left in there.
