Hi @king69136
After 12 months of not being charged most probably the battery has failed beyond recovery so the first thing that needs to be done is to replace the battery.
Most phones won't turn on if the battery has failed because the charger can't charge the battery (which isn't charging) and also power the phone so that it works.
Here's the LG G5 Battery Replacement guide that shows how to do this.
Search online for BL-42D1F to find battery suppliers that suit you best.
Once you've installed the new battery, fully charge it before attempting to turn on the phone.
Post back once you've done this if it still doesn't work.
The service manual basically says to start changing parts. Not much of a help I'm afraid.
Here's the ifixit LG G5 guide if you decide to change more parts

Hi @king69136
Does the phone indicate that the battery is being charged when a known working, compatible charger is connected to the phone?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
What have you tried?

@jayeff
Hi Jayeff thanx for your response
When I put the phone on the charger, I hear the charging connection sound, but the phone doesn't turn on and no charging indicator appears (I charge it with the original charger).
The phone suddenly stopped working a year ago,
and I took it to a phone repair shop where they tried replacing the screen, but it didn't help.
