Bluetooth earphones suddenly stopped working after updating to Win 11

Hi there!

I was hoping to get some help with the Kurdene Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth that I purchased in 2021 from amazon. They are working great but I was on Windows 10 all this time and recently my Acer Predator Desktop PO3-600 computer updated to Windows 11. The earphones work great with my phone and other tablets, but now there is no audio at all in Windows 11 through my earphones. I have tried everything. reinstalled the Intel Wireless Bluetooth, bought a new TP-LINK Bluetooth adapter dongle....but still there is no audio... does Kurdene have any drivers that I can update with? I can hear audio fine through wired headphones and all other Bluetooth devices i have ( Bluetooth keyboard and mouse) also work great with the computer's Bluetooth Adapter...but its just the earphones that are not producing any audio. When I go into the sound properties on my computer, it shows the green volume bars moving, but there is no audio coming through my earphones....Ive gotten help from Chatgpt and CoPilot, its all going round and round in circles.... Any advice on how I can fix this? Or should I get a whole new set of Bluetooth earphones for Windows 11?

Hi @gamergirl5631

Do the earbuds show up in the Settings → Devices → Bluetooth and other devices?

Just verifying that you've "paired" the BT earbuds with the PC again?

Yes, It shows up in the devices list as connected and in the " More Sound Settings" its listed as the default device and when i click TEST the green bars show sound going on but nothing gets to my ears... its so WEIRD!

@gamergirl5631

Did you try "unpairing" the earbuds, switching them off then on again and then pairing them again?

@jayeff yes, i have, i should have mentioned in my post that I've done all the simplest methods and even gone into checking up in Device Manager, Services and running Command Prompts. It's a problem with my Intel BT adapter. So I was hoping for some deeper level advice or options.

@gamergirl5631

No other BT audio devices connected to the dongle?

Can you try using other BT audio devices using the same setup to see if they work?

AHHHH It was a one-two punch! SO there WAS something wrong with my Intel BT adapter , AND there was something wrong with my 5.0 earphones!

The poor TP-LINK dongle was actually working great! MY new 5.3 earphones arrived today and I removed my old earphones and disabled the Intel Adapter and paired the new earphones with the TP-LINK dongle AND I HAVE SOUND IN MY EARS NOW!!!😍🚀🏆 Leaving this on hear...err I mean here in case anyone else has a frustrating experience like I did!!
