@boukharite86160 (1) I have two questions: Is it really a EQ5? (2) Are you sure that the issue is with the drive, does it move?
Replacing the drive is the worst fix for this model, see this video. Perhaps you can move the drive using the service menu, ( I'm not quite sure):
- Set the selector switch to “Rinse.”
- Press and hold “Off” and “Start.”
- Turn on.
- Release “Off” and “Start.”
- Select the topics using the upper rotary switch.
- Use “Off” to go to the corresponding submenu.
- Select the subtopics using the upper rotary switch.
- Use “Steam” to go back one level.
I would open the device and locate the drive. Perhaps you can connect the motor leads to a power unit at about 12 V DC to move the motor.
