On the assumption that you ordered parts from iFixit, I have to tell you that you're in the wrong place. This is the repair forum, manned almost exclusively by volunteers that are not affiliated with iFixit other than possibly being a moderator on here like myself. The iFixit Store personnel you should be talking to don't hang out here on the off chance they'll respond to something related to sales.
The Orders and Shipping section on the support page has a subsection specifically addressing the issue of a package not received.

Once 36 hours have passed since the date of delivery (and no more than 30 days from the order date), please contact Customer Support and confirm that you have followed the above steps.
