Hi @jerichomadera

Connect an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port and check what the display from the laptop is like when viewing the monitor screen.

Don't forget to press the appropriate Action key at the top of the keyboard to switch the display from the laptop screen to the external screen.

If the external monitor display is OK, then it may be a problem with the video cable or cable connection (either end motherboard or LCD panel) and a faulty LCD panel.

Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.

Go to p.63 (71 of 110 pdf) in the manual, to view the procedure to remove the display panel. This will allow you to check the video cable and if it is OK to replace the LCD panel.

On p.21 (29 of110 pdf) in the manual, Items #2, #3 & #4 you'll find the part numbers for the compatible LCD panels and video cables if you need to replace a part.

The part numbers are usually found on the part itself somewhere (back of LCD panel and on the video cable or cable plug) so that you can verify which is the correct part that you need to order.
