It may be the cold air is escaping from the freezer compartment through the door seal and condensing on the door.

Try placing a turned on flashlight inside the freezer compartment and with the doors closed normally i.e. no pressure on it by you to keep it closed, check if you can see any light coming out through the seal. Perhaps try this at night when it is dark as it will be easier to see the light (if any).

If you can see any light coming out, then check that the door seal is OK and not damaged, broken etc, where the light is escaping though it. Also check that the door is aligned straight and parallel to the cabinet in case it is a hinge problem, meaning that it is not closing properly.

If the hinges are the problem, go to p.53 in the service manual¹ to see how to remove the doors so that you can check/replace the hinges.

¹ The manual is in Spanish as it is the only one that I could find.
