The Dell Latitude E6410 is a 14" laptop released by Dell.

Why is my Dell Latitude E6410 cursor unstable

My touchpad was not responsive but later responded but the cursor moves on its own and makes selections in different windows/apps, i tried booting on safe mode and reinstalling windows but its still the same, it runs on windows 10

@lesolepeter all of this actually sounds like a bad touchpad. Looks like the touchpad is part of the palm rest. Use the Dell Latitude E6410 E6410 Service Manual to work on it. Worst case scenario would be to replace that. Also, take a look at this video and see if it is helpful.
