My Battery wont charge when I plug it in.
It turns on when i plug it in and i know the battery works; I tested it in another calculator. I even changed the battery. It works fine when it is plugged in though.

If a different battery and different charger don't resolve the problem then there's an issue with the charging circuit. Unfortunately TI made the Nspire CX family extremely difficult to disassemble and there's nothing relevant to replace on the inside anyways.
You can try pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the calculator for at least two seconds since it's an easy troubleshooting step to try but I don't really expect it to fix your issue.
I'd the calculator is less than a year old then use your warranty to get a new one. Otherwise you may need to keep a battery bank plugged into the calculator from now on.

Have you tried a different battery in your calculator?
