spark plugs not firing but engine turns

i have a 2017 f150 eco boost that will nit fire no spark at all just changed both turbos and valve covers

@adamgibson49681 so it worked until your replaced the Turbos and the valve covers? Have you checked the fuses that are related to the start/run relay as well as the relay? Have you checked your crankshaft and camshaft? What have you checked.
