Tone Arm is Lifting at the beginning

I have a AT-LP60X-BK Turntable. When I press start the tonearm moves over the record in the start position but when it drops on the record it immediately comes back up and parks and turns off. Is there an adjustment to fix this?

same here. after 3-4 times trying it starts correctly. it seems to be random.

Sounds like it thinks it's at the end of the record, lifting up and parking.

There might be a sensor which detects when the arm is in the run-out groove, maybe an optical sensor which is covered
