What is the full model number of the freezer?

Asking as there are 4 different models beginning with EV150FXMQ-- and they may not use the same parts, if a replacement part is required.

What light is flashing?

Normally the temperature should be 0°F (-18°C) so it seems though it may be too warm.

Check if there's a tech sheet taped under the freezer at the front. It if is there, having it will help to find out what the problem is.

Also post back the number of the tech sheet (should be a number beginning with a W followed by 8 digits, usually found at the bottom of the 1st page.) so that it can be found to help you further if you have problem using it.
