Rear camera lens glass covers : real sapphire and coating?

Lately my iPhone 12 pro max rear camera image quality feels off. It creates a lot of flares easily, keeps grease on its surface easily, etc. so I suspect the protective glasses might be slightly scratched or their coating might be gone.

I saw this kit on iFixit : iPhone 12 Pro Max Rear Camera Lens Covers

However comments on replacements available on other websites mention that they don't have the same tint / coating and are just clear glass. I wonder if the ones sold on iFixit are really OEM, with real sapphire glass and proper coating ?
