@kapilverma we will need to know where you measured this voltage and why you think it does not have it. Also, let us know what the original issue with your TV was that prompted you to check the voltages.
If you measured this and it is marked as Stby voltage then the issue will be coming from your power board. If you measure it on the Power ON input then the issue is your main board.
Take a couple of well focused pictures of all of your boards and post those with you question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully we can assist you to fix your TV.
