@yurembarajas you are not telling us where you measured this and what you have checked. You always want to start off by checking the fuses and then the relay in the fuse box (Fuse 8 and fuse 17), which are common failure points. If those are okay, go ahead and check the wiper switch on the steering column and the wiper motor for power and operation.
After that it gets slightly tricky since you will need to check the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). That is what actually controls the wipers.

Since your Avenger is a rebadged Chrysler Sebring, the wiring should essentially be the same.
