D58U-D3 Is this a T-CON issue?

My D-58 tinted blue but had no other problems. I replaced my LCD strips but I have vertical lines on reassembly. I can isolate the issue to one side. I've swapped the ribbon cables to both sides and one side works fine with either ribbon cable so the ribbon cables are good. I've inspected my connections and there's no corrosion. Manipulating the boards and ribbons connected to the screen has no effect on the problem. With both ribbon cables connected, everything on the screen makes vertical lines (pic 1). With a cable only connected to the bad side, vertical lines on the side that's connected (pic 2). With a cable only connected to the good side, it's working fine on the side that's connected (pic 3). Can I fix this with a T-CON board or is something else broken?
