No response from cruise control after installing new battery.

I disconnected my battery to change out one of the blend door actuators, in which I had to pull the stereo control head and the passenger air bag above the glove box. Once I put the new actuator in and put the dashboard back together and hooked up new battery, test drive was great until I whent to engage the cruise control, and nothing, not even a light on the dash.
