No water coming out of my dispenser

I have a LG refrigerator model GF -V910 MBSL and no water is coming out of the dispenser. The CONTROL panel is on with no fault codes, the water is connected with plenty of pressure and is also turned on. There is no kinks in the hose line. I have changed the water filter in the fridge but still no water is coming out.. does anyone have a solution or has come across this problem before?

I can't find a service manual or a parts list?¹ for the model but a not dispensing water problem could be due to a faulty water inlet valve, a faulty water dispenser switch, a faulty dispenser control board (or main control board - not sure what the model has) or a wiring fault.

You could try accessing the inlet valve (looks to be behind the water filter housing assembly) and check if power is being applied to the valve when the water dispenser switch is being operated.

The appears to be two valves in the module so you may have to check both as I don't know which one it is. Most likely the other valve is used to supply water to the ice maker.

¹ When you click on Manuals & Documents → Exploded View icon in this list for the model it shows the parts list for GR-J31FT** / GR-X31FT** models so either it's a mistake or they use the same parts idk
