Roller brush is not spinning.
I've replaced the circuit board, also disconnected roller motor and applied 12 VDC. Motor spun normally. With the circuit board disconnected there is only 12.4 VAC coming from the black & white wires. This seems wrong. What voltage should be going to the circuit board? Is there a schematic available. What up stream circuit could be failing?

Jimbo42 - troubleshooting update 09/27/25 - I purchased the same model Shark NV360 new. This allowed me to do additional troubleshooting. The bristle brush not spinning in my case is not caused by the bristle brush circuit board, the momentary switch attached to the circuit board, or the bristle brush motor. When the Power-on switch is in the Brushroll on position and the handle is not vertical, there is supposed to be 114-115 VAC going to the black wire and white wires. The momentary switch is wired normally closed. When the handle is in its full upright position, the momentary switch is depressed, which opens the AC circuit, cutting off 114-115 VAC to the circuit board and turning off the bristle brush roller and LED light. The voltage at the bristle brush motor is approximately 138 VDC, as measured with the motor running but with the belt disconnected. On my vacuum, the AC source voltage is only about 65 VAC, so the problem is further upstream. I will post an update once I do additional troubleshooting.
