Rakuten has partnered with iFixit only for some models, quoting the site:

The Kobo eReaders below are designed to be repaired:

* Kobo Libra Colour

* Kobo Clara Colour

* Kobo Clara BW

Note: If you don't see your eReader in the list, it means that your eReader is not designed to have replaceable parts.

The last part is not true though - you can repair other ereaders, but there are no official spare parts and you have to look for used/compatible ones, for example on eBay or AliExpress
