Laptop overheating. Are there any suggestions to what I can do?

Hello people, I have a MacBook Pro 19 2019 and I have a lot of over heating problems I have been reading through some of the problems that could be the culprit to this issue. One of the options was crappy thermal paste. This is the laptoop I use everyday for school so I really don't want to damage it but is there anyway guide somewhere that I can follow to replace the thermal paste. If there are any other cheap suggestion to making my laptop cooler I would like to wear you suggestions! Thanks for the answers in advance!!

Well clean the fan area of your macbook sometime having dust on your macbook fan can be a cause of overheating and stop all the unwanted programs and unwanted app which keeps running in the background can also cause this issue so check for these in your mac.

Yeah, overheating can be caused by old thermal paste, but replacing it on a MacBook isn’t easy and can be risky. Instead, try using a fan control app, keep your apps and tabs minimal, and use a laptop stand to improve airflow. If that doesn’t help, maybe get a pro to check it out
