@danieldavi11621 this appears more of a settings issue then a hardware issue. The most common issues would be that the message is because of a setting on your phone, a carrier-level issue, or an issue with your SIM card. First thing I would try is to disable the call forwarding feature. Use the instructions from Samsung on this page
Anything else, you will need to contact you service provider and have them also check your SIM card etc.
