Here's the mini manual for the refrigerator that may help.

Enter the diagnostic test mode as described and check if any fault codes are shown, (test 00 00).

If there is a fault code there are tables in the manual, showing what the code means.

Note: FF = refrigerator, FZ = freezer.

If there is no fault code run the service tests for the FF tests relating to thermistors (00 24, 00 25, 00 26), damper (00 44), fan (00 47) and defrost heater (00 53) to see if they're all OK.

If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.

Locate the wanted part in the list and note the manufacturer's part number, that is shown for the part. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.

If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky, you'll find videos that show how to replace the part.
