Try running the BT troubleshooter and check if that fixes it.
Go to Start menu→ Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Bluetooth → Run the troubleshooter.
Are the latest BT drivers installed in Device Manager?
Go to Device Manager → BT → right click on the Realtek (or Mediatek) BT adapter entry → Properties → Driver tab to check which version is installed.
To get to Device manager, press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link in the menu box that opens.

Is the WiFi working OK, you never said?
It may be a faulty WLAN card (does BT as well).
If the laptop is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.28 (34 of 64 pdf) in the manual, to view the procedure to remove the WLAN card.
This will allow you to check if the antennas are securely attached to the card or not.
If everything appears to be OK then you may have to try replacing the card and check if that resolves the problem.
There are 2 WLAN cards that can be used in the laptop, Lenovo part #s 5W10V25823 and 5W10V25844 (supplier examples only).
Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
If there are still problems after replacing the card, then there's either a motherboard problem or a firmware problem with the laptop.

I am facing Bluetooth error again “Troubleshoot Bluetooth Connections ” but if I click on it it’s taking me to support and still facing the same issue as it’s not helping
And the Driver version is 2.10.1072.3006
Try the following:
If Win11 installed, go to Settings → Bluetooth and Devices → Devices → Bluetooth Devices discovery and change the setting from Default to Advanced and check if it now works OK
If still no good, go to Device Manager → Bluetooth → right click on the Bluetooth adapter entry →Uninstall this device and follow the prompts.
When complete, close all open windows and restart the laptop in the normal manner.
When it has restarted, check if the Bluetooth entry in Device Manager has been reinstalled and then check if it works OK.
If it hasn't been reinstalled you may have to load the drivers for it.
If it has and it still doesn't work OK there may be a hardware problem.
Is the WiFi working OK in the laptop?
I tried both the things even took support from Microsoft support team still no luck they suggested me to connect to the manufacturer support

Have you tried using another BT device to check if the problem is with the laptop or the BT device?
How far from the laptop are you using the BT device when you're experiencing the problem?

The thing is I am not able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth it shows error. While connecting the device it’s right beside the laptop or sometimes even beside the touchpad

Can you "un- pair" the BT device from the laptop so that you can try connecting another BT device?
