@alfazir could be an issue with the speaker but could also be an issue with the software. Start your phone in Safe mode. That will only load the necessary drivers and not any third-party Apps. Now check your speaker. If it works fine in safe mode, then the issue is most likely a 3rd party App that interferes with the speaker's function. Uninstalling those Apps should fix it. Use this video to see how to place your phone in safe mode.

If your speaker does not work properly in safe mode as well, then the issue is most likely (hopefully) a bad speaker. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video Replacement speakers readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
