Can my phone be fixed?
The frame is bent, but the internals seem okay? Havent had much experience with repairing phones.

you would need a new screen assembly and rear glass

Just to expand on @tech_ni's answer, your phone, like many Android phones, has two ways to replace the screen. The first way is the one most people think of, where you separate the OLED from the frame and replace it by itself. The second and recommended way, is to buy the screen already mounted to the midframe and transfer the internals of your old phone to the new screen+frame assembly. While it may sound daunting, it's actually not as bad of a job as it appears and will help ensure the water resistance of the screen much better than you could do at home.
Given that your midframe is bent, the only thing that makes sense would be for you to buy the screen+midframe assembly and use that method to replace your destroyed screen. Depending on the condition of the back of the phone, you may or may not need to replace that as well, but doing so the entire outside of the phone would look like a brand new phone. Here's the guide you'd need to to do that job.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Screen and Battery Assembly Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide
Note that the iFixit guide assumes your screen+midframe assembly includes the battery; I assume that's the way it comes if you purchase it from Samsung. However, most aftermarket assemblies won't come with the battery; in that case you might want to use this guide that includes the steps to remove the battery for reuse.

Note that this guide is written in Spanish; although the site has an English language option, I've found it doesn't always work. If that happens, the Chrome browser can translate it for you, that will make it quite usable and their guides are well written. Of course, you can always supplement the iFixit guide with their battery replacement guide.
