Samsung J2 mobile mein sirf Samsung Galaxy J2

The issue is a boot loop on Samsung Galaxy J2. The phone powers on but gets stuck at the logo (“Samsung Galaxy J2”) and does not continue.

Possible solutions:

1. Soft reset / remove battery (if removable)

Take out the battery, wait 1–2 minutes, put it back.

Power on again.

2. Safe Mode

Hold the Power button.

When the Samsung logo appears, release Power and immediately hold Volume Down.

If it boots in Safe Mode, the problem is likely a bad app. Uninstall recently installed apps.

3. Wipe cache partition (does not delete personal data)

Power off the phone.

Hold Power + Home + Volume Up until you see Recovery Mode.

Use volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition, confirm with Power.

Reboot.

4. Factory reset (erases all data)

Enter Recovery Mode again.

Select Wipe data/factory reset.

This restores the system.

5. Re-flash firmware (Odin method)

If nothing works, download the original firmware for your J2 model from SamMobile or similar.

Use Odin on a Windows PC to reinstall the system.
