Have you checked that a ringtone has been selected and that the Do Not Disturb setting is disabled?

If vibrate has been enabled does the phone vibrate on an incoming call but no ringtone?

What have you checked?

Can you hear the ringtone in Settings when you select a different ringtone to use instead of the one you've already chosen?

Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if the ringtone works when receiving a call.
