I think that it may be a hardware issue. It could be the CPU heating up really quick and then shutting down. That would explain the fans, the laptop could just be overheating. You can test if this is true. You want to have your Laptop completely turned off. Then you want to start it up and while it goes through start up, keep pressing the F10 Key on your laptop, it should be up at the top of your keyboard. Then you're be in what's called a "BIOS". You can find your CPU temperature settings and see how its doing. Check if its overheating and then if it is not, do a memory check. If you have to check the memory.
