Pixel 8a Phone is not charging

Phone refuses to charge, nothing happens even when left for 30 mins

pressed and held the power button for 30 secs and still no reaction

I've also done the following, cleaning tools compressed air and small soft brush.

1. Checked and cleaned cable connections
2. Checked phone connector and cleaned
3. New Google charger aquired.

is there a DIY solution or is it send to the manufacturer for repairs but being a cautious person would they have access to my apps for example banking stuff?
