While you cannot add more memory to the phone itself, your phone comes with a microSDXC card slot which can hold as much as 256 GB. The internal storage and RAM sizes are fixed; while they can theoretically be changed out with larger memory chips, in practice that requires extremely specialized equipment and expertise; it's not something you or I can do at home.
