SAMSUNG UN55NU6900F - New Main Board Replacement Issues

My TV's picture recently went out. After some troubleshooting, it looked like the TV was not getting any power at all.

I purchased a new main board from iFixIt - BN96-49639A

Upon initial startup, the TV felt sluggish and even hesitant to log get to the main TV source scene.

Once I was able to access the service menu, I went ahead and updated the TV Bytes as indicated by the Samsung instructions.

Type - 55S6AUANN

Local Set - US

SW Model - UNU7090

BOM Model - 7090

Even with the updated bytes, the TV seems to hang on startup at times. Every once in a while I can get to the source TV screen, but I'm unable to start the upgrade to the main board as every time I enter the menu options the TV hangs up. I'm kind of stumped here and was hoping someone maybe had some insight as to what may be going on.
