It appears the phone's processor is having an issue with the device referred to as the ad5860, which is a chip inside the Taptic Engine. Generally the fix for this in at least one other case is to replace the charging port flex cable assembly. See this previous question for more information; it's regarding a XR rather than a XS, but the sensors and causes are the same.

SOLVED: iPhone Xr randomly bootloop at random moment - iPhone XR - iFixit

iFixit doesn't have a complete guide to replacing the lightning port flex cable assembly, but the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina has just what you need.

Manuales / Apple iPhone Xs / Flex with load connector and lower microphone - Nadie Me Llama Gallina

Since part of the procedure for replacing the charging port is to remove the battery, I strongly suggest you go ahead and replace it at that time. The official standard for replacing the battery is when it gets below 85% capacity; yours is definitely living on borrowed time.
