Why did my laptop suddenly turn off?

Yesterday I was playing a game and my laptop suddenly turned off and when it was charging the indicator light turned on and off for a while and then I tried a tutorial on YouTube by pressing the power button for 30 seconds. And my laptop was on and only 2 days after I played the game and my laptop died again without any signs like the indicator light was on When charging and strangely when I charge only the chip chat gpt says like the cpu agpu is warm or hot even though the laptop is not on. Please someone tell me what the problem is.
