Hi! A missing network signal can come from a few different things. Here are some steps you can try:

1. Basic checks – Make sure Airplane Mode is off. Try to restart the phone.

2. SIM card – Take the SIM card out, gently clean it with a microfibre cloth and reinsert it. If possible, test it in another phone to see if it works. If not you may need a new SIM card.

3. Updates – Install any pending software updates under Settings → Software update.

There may also be an outage with your service provider.

Try a network reset and check if that resolves the problem.

Go to Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings → Reset settings. You will need to know your Pin or password (if there's one set) to continue → Reset.
