@jamiecampos that may be normal if your Pontiac Vibe has a Daytime Running Light (DRL) system. It will depend on where you are located and if your vehicle is equipped with that. Let us know if this is a new problem or if this has always happened. Try this hack and see if that disables your DRL. Otherwise you will have to modify the wiring (by cutting a wire) etc. to turn it off.
