@robertwilk28022 use some high grade (90%+) isopropyl alcohol and place a few drops inside the jack. Then use some compressed air to blow it out. You can always assist this by using a thin pin out of non-conductive material (Wood, Plastic etc) and clean the most stubborn areas. No reason to flood the jack just enough to moisten the debris. It may take a few attempts.

I also suggest you contact a good exterminator to eliminate the bed bugs to prevent any further contamination of all things in your area :-)
