MacBook Model A1534/EMC 2991
It suddenly closed and won't open. Have they recorded any other faults and what could be wrong?

Sadly you likely have a dead battery here as most batteries just can run past 8 years even with the best of efforts. This first generation of USB-C charging also makes it hard to diagnose as they just don't have the onboard charging LED the older MacBook's had. Today with the reintroduction of MagSafe we gained it back. For now you need an inline USB-C power meter to monitor things. To make sure the battery alone is the issue. In any case here's the needed part MacBook 12" Retina (Early 2016-2017) Battery and here's the guide to put it in Retina MacBook 2016 Battery Replacement

Can you give us a bit more here, what 'Closed and won't Open' and who is 'They recorded anny other faults' ??
If you struggle with English just tell us in your language (Greek?) as fully as you can.

Helo Dane,
Thank you for the response.
Troubleshooting – MacBook A1534 EMC 2991
While in normal use, the MacBook suddenly powered off. On restart, it displayed the attached screen and has not functioned since.
Attempts to reset/restore (SMC reset, NVRAM reset, and other key combination procedures found online) did not produce any response.
Initially, when connecting the charging cable, the charging indicator light would turn on, but after several attempts it no longer shows any charging activity.
Has anyone experienced a similar failure on this model or can suggest possible diagnostic steps? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
