Repair information and disassembly guides for tower fans.

It has 124V at the circuit but still not turning on

I tested my tower fan with a voltage meter and confirmed that it is receiving 124 volts. Despite this, the fan still does not turn on. I’ve double-checked the power source and connections, and everything seems fine.

Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest what might be causing this issue? Any advice on troubleshooting or possible internal faults would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Using multimeter, check power coming into CCA.

Look for any burned out components or swollen caps

Look for anything labeled with an "F" denotes fuse (check for continuity)

Test components with multimeter, Transformer, diodes, resistors, etc.
