Screen cracked and half of the screen not responding to touch
I got this crack on the left side of the screen that develped into something resembeling a cobweeb crack. My laptop has a touchscreen, but it stopped responding to touch completely on the left side, only one third of the screen now responds to touch. The display works fine, it shows everything, but when I tap, swipe, or use gestures, nothing happens. I’ve already tried restarting it, but the touch function still doesn’t work. The mouse and keyboard work normally, just not the touchscreen. Is there a way to fix this problem?

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
