@arjunsunjana your phone seems to be boot ;looping. That is commonly caused by softwre/firmeare issues and not hardware related. On here we deal more with the hardware aspect of repairs. In general I suggest a force restart. For you phone you would need to
- press and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds until the device vibrates and restarts.
Next see if your phone works in safe mode. If it does you know your phone's issues are related to a third party App. You would then need to find that app and delete it. To get into safe mode:
- Power your phone off completely.
- Press and hold the power button until the Realme logo appears.
- When the Realme logo appears, quickly press and hold the volume down button until the device boots up.
- If successful, "Safe mode" will be displayed in the bottom left corner.
If that does not work, you can try and boot into recovery mode and at least clear your cache to remove any files that maybe corrupted etc. It is also in this mode where you can do a factory reset. Do not do this unless you have your data (pictures, contacts, SMS, music etc.) backed up. When you do a factory reset you will delete all of those.
To et into recovery mode you need to:
- Power the phone off completely.
- Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously.
- Release the buttons when you see the Realme logo or the Recovery mode screen
