Hi Leighanne,
Sorry to say you're not going to like the answer; Cadillac has decided that there's no need to make bulb replacement easy on owners; I guess they assume if you can afford a Cadillac then you can afford to pay someone to change a bulb.
Anyway, it turns out to be a lot more work than it needs to be. I looked through three different YouTube videos showing how to replace a bulb, and there seem to be two different ways to go about it.
The first one means jacking up the car, removing the wheel closest to the bulb you need to replace (the left side in your case), opening up the cover on the wheel well and accessing the headlight unit from beneath the car. You'll need a Torx driver to remove the mounting screws in order to access the bulb. Here's the best video I found showing that method.

The other way to go about it, you don't have to jack up the car and remove the wheel, but you do have to partially dismantle the front bumper cover. You'll still need that Torx driver. Here's the video showing that method.

Personally I think I'd lean towards the second method, but it's up to you which one to choose. Oh, and have a spare bulb on hand already; you can't drive the car if you use the first method!

Leighanne, what year is your Cadillac? Front or rear? Is it just one of those that comes on, or do neither of them work?
