I cant conect to my wifi how do I fix it?

already factory reset, already reset the wifi and bluetooth settings, tried on and off, no problem on wifi, already tried airplane mode.

Is the WiFi turning on in the tablet?

Does the tablet detect your WiFi network (and any other nearby networks)?

If not is your home WiFi network using the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band?

If the tablet detects your home WiFi network, have you checked that you're entering the correct password to connect to the WiFi router?
