Well, the old question was getting cluttered, so I started a new one. Now, TP4, is not getting power. (That's capacitor #3 on the power supply board.)

hello, check your transformer and make sure that you have the proper output. Also, make sure that the diodes in the rectifier circuit are all functioning. If all that is working, replace the capacitor and recheck.

A couple things to always do if you have a power issue. First reflow the solder joints on the faulty capacitor. The caps on the power supply are heavy and eventually will crack the solder joints. Second is to take the power switch apart and clean it and reapply dialectic grease.
