iMac27 dual core 3.06 2309 CPU upgrade

Dear iFixit,

i have a late 2009 iMac 27 dual core (2309). Is It Possible to upgrade the CPU to a quad core CPU? I read the manual for the iMac in 2010 CPU upgrade but I have a imac of 2009 If so Which CPU do i need?

Thats for a new MAC it doesn't say if the OLD 2009 Imac can be upgraded.
