What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if a custom build?

What do you mean by "freeze" e.g. mouse doesn't work or screen not changing image etc?

Does the PC eventually work OK after starting or what happens?

Can you get into BIOS OK on startup and check if it works OK there?
