1 What CPU can I upgrade to

My HP AIO 24-f0015nx just got smashed (I forgot I was using wired headphones, and I stood up and the cable yanked the pc off the desk and it smacked face first onto the floor)
Rather than fixing it, I gutted it and am working on converting it into a custom SFF build.
I recently had the idea of absolutely maxing out all the specs. It has an LGA 1151 socket for 8th and 9th gen CPUs. It currently has an i7-9700T. What is the maximum supported CPU, and how much RAM can I install with that CPU?

@aadamomar all of this will depend on what motherboard this is. To answer your question we will need to know the exact model for your motherboard. There are lots of variations for this.

@aadamomar thank you. This motherboard is a bit on the "wimpy" side :-) Supported Processors: 8th generation Intel Core processors (e.g., i7-8700T, i5-8400T, i3-8100T)
Memory:
Type: DDR4 SDRAM
Slots: 2 SODIMM (260-pin)
Max Capacity: 16GB
You may get 32GB of memory to work but it will depend on if the firmware supports it.

This doesn’t make sense. It shipped with an i7-9700T - a 9th gen processor
And it supports upto 64GB (I have 16GB installed currently)

Check what chipset is installed on the motherboard.
The socket supports a lot of CPU models but it is the chipset that determines which ones will work with the CPU and the motherboard
The chipset determines what CPU can be used.
It's the interface between the CPU and the other motherboard components e.g. ram i.e. max ram speed, WLAN, LAN, keyboard, sata ports, PCI ports, GPU (if discrete GPU is available) etc
