Electrolux EWF1697HDW with new tub makes noise at high speeds
Hi!
My machine had obviously broken bearings. So I took a bite of the sour apple and bought the whole tub package with outer, tub, inner tub etc, since you can't change only the bearings. Got everything together and it works fine. Until it starts spinning at high speed, then something is obviously wrong, some kind of unbalance. The load was OK, half full machine, seems like everything was rather evenly distributed inside. Could it be the shock absorbers and that is the reason the bearings were destroyed in the first place? How can I tell if a shock absorber is OK?
And how can I get hold of a repair manual for this machine? I didn't take enough pictures before I dismantled to be absolutely sure I placed the springs in the right place when reassembling. There is a possibility to place them slightly different.
