Charging port problem. The smc is not detecting the charge port assembly as it should. Try a new one but make sure its a real one and not a aftermarket so all the components are on it. Some aftermarket have bits missing making the problem worse.

iFixit has a wiki page dedicated to the particular kind of panic your first log indicated.

iPhone SMC Panic Assertion Failed - iFixit

According to that log, you're seeing a battery problem.

iPhone Model
iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max

Sensor Array
0xa1

Likely Issue
Battery

Replacing the battery should clear up that problem, although it's always possible it could be a connector or motherboard issue, but a new battery is definitely the place to start. I don't know where @nige56 got their information, but your panic log is NOT showing a problem with the charging port.

You cut off the first part of the log so I can't verify the model information, but this is showing the panic is specific to a 15 Pro or Pro Max, not a plain 15. Check the Product field of the panic log for an exact model number.

Speaking of product numbers, your second panic log appears to be for an iPhone SE 2020; if that's the case I strongly suggest you start a new question for that one, as it's a completely different issue.

Please don't "accept" an answer if your question hasn't been answered sufficiently. When you do that, people assume your problem has been solved and will tend to ignore your question in favor of ones that don't have an answer.
